Hi, my name is Alex, I’m a 25-year-old physiotherapist and Medical student.

I used to compete in swimming all over Italy, and I still train regularly even though I’m no longer racing, so I can focus on my studies. I love to explore the full potential of the human body and am passionate about biohacking.

Subscribe to support my studies and learn more about me. I enjoy meeting new people, so feel free to send me a private message. You can ask me for advice on how to get the best performance out of your body, or just to break the ice 😏

For those who subscribe, you’ll receive a special photo of me in a Speedo! 🩲
